Lindsay Family Apartments

This development in the California Central Valley town of Lindsay was built for working families with children. The community offers a pool and spa; a designer-decorated community activity center with multi-purpose room, computer learning lab, fitness center, game room, full-service kitchen and laundry facilities. Other features include barbeque and recreation areas, tot lots and full landscaping. Residents also enjoy convenient access to public transit as well as nearby health care facilities, schools, library, dining and shopping. Individual units feature plush carpeting and vinyl flooring; central heating and air conditioning; mini-blinds; built-in kitchen appliances including range, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal; walk-in closets; patios or balconies; and wiring for cable TV and internet hook-ups. Lindsay Family Apartments offer three- and four-bedroom units, all with two baths, in floor plans ranging from 1,142 to a generous 1,299 square feet.

Additionally, we brought in a nonprofit third-party service provider, LifeSTEPS, which is responsible for holding on-site computer skills and internet training; life and job skills training, including job interview skills, literacy programs, parenting classes, dispute resolution training and anti-drug and self esteem programs; pre- and after-school tutoring and child care; health and nutrition programs; and a variety of volunteer opportunities for resident involvement.
