Description

Northgate Apartments is a 330-unit multifamily community that is part of Salt Lake City’s gigantic Gateway downtown redevelopment project, the largest in city history. The project is located directly across from the Delta Center and within walking distance of many other downtown civic and cultural attractions, as well as major shopping malls, a light rail station, and major highways.

Nearly half (156) of the units at Northgate are set aside for low- to moderate-income residents, with a mix of 228 one bedroom/one bath, 96 two bedroom/two bath and six two bedroom/one bath apartments, built over several levels of parking and retail stores.

Amenities include a 1,468 square-foot clubhouse and social room and a fully-equipped fitness center, with unit features including built-in appliances (including washers and dryers), central air conditioning and heating, balconies, window blinds and smoke alarms.

Prior to residents taking occupancy in March 2002, Northgate served to house several hundred representatives of U.S. and international media covering the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
