Villa Santa Fe

Villa Santa Fe is a community of family apartments developed for the large number of working families in Delano, California. The development has 10 residential buildings, each containing eight apartment units, plus a multi-purpose building that contains the manager’s residence, rental office, Activity Center, counseling and education center, central laundry and maintenance rooms. The property includes a pool and spa, barbeque area, and tot lot with playground equipment.

The Activity Center was designed as an educational and social hub of this development and is easily transformed into a classroom for ESL lessons, career counseling and computer classes.
